Who can practice it?
Anyone interested can do it, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. Our group is completely diverse: beginners, young people, men, women… A reflection of the society we live in.
What is a pila?
It's the name given to clubs that practice garotte fight.
Is it necessary to have previous experience in other martial arts?
No. No previous experience is required. Both tolete and garotte fight can be learned from scratch, with ongoing support from our technical staff.
¿Qué equipo necesito para comenzar?
For your first training sessions, you only need comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. The club provides garottes and toletes for initial practice. You can purchase your own equipment later if you wish.
Where and when do the training sessions take place?

Is it a dangerous activity?
